Ocean Breeze Retreat (17 Upper)

Beautiful views. Very minor issue with some water seeping in due to hurricane Erin. Parking was a little tight. This is our 5th stay on the island and have had a wonderful time each stay. Location is very close to Meghans bay. Just a short ride to Charlotte Amalie and Tutu. Always wanted to stay in Mahogany run.

Very nice property, comfortable and clean with excellent views!

This was our first visit to St. Thomas for my husband and I. We were here for 14 days. It was the second stop of a three country/island winter vacation. We were so glad we rented a car because that is a must. Mahogany Run is far from downtown and that would have been a big expense if we had to take taxis everywhere. We were able to explore the island and St. John’s as well by taking the car ferry over. Driving on the left was a different experience but we managed. The check-in process was excellent. Justin communicated and responded very well and timely and made sure we had everything we needed. The views from the condo were breathtaking. We had no issues with the condo. The only issue we had was that the listing states that it’s a 14-minute walk to the golf course. However, we soon learned that the golf course hasn’t been open since 2017 after a hurricane hit the island. Other internet listings indicated the course was still open which was disappointing. We chose Mahogany Run based in the proximity to the “golf course”. However, we did enjoy being able to walk around the complex and get a 3-4 mile walk in by doing laps which were for the most part flat and free of vehicle traffic. This appears to be difficult to do anywhere around St. Thomas so we appreciated that. The neighborhood was peaceful and the people we met were very friendly. The weather was great every day! The perfect place to be in January!!

My wife and I stayed here recently for a week, and I have to say the place is incredible. The views are absolutely breath taking, the villa is comfortable, spacious and has everything you need, and the location makes it easy to get anywhere on the island without much hassle. The entire team made the check-in and check-out process easy and simple. We went with a late check-out due to our flight being delayed and had no issues getting that set-up.The villa has nice amenities and a everything you need to cook and eat to save money if you want. The only issues we encountered was the coffee maker was a little difficult to use, and the kitchen knives could use a good sharpening, neither of which really inhibits or detracts from the entire visit. A fabulous and spacious villa, with some of the best views on the island await.We are already discussing going back, and this will certainly be at the top of our list of a place to stay when we return. 5/5, I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting St. Thomas as a fantastic place to stay.
