Crystal Cove D7

Amazing location! Beautiful beach and nice super close walking distance restaurants and fun live music at the beack bar/restaurant. The room and outdoor surroundings were nice and clean, a bit outdated but had a comfortable stay. Justin was an incredible host and we had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

I would never recommend this condo. It wasn't very clean, it hasn't been updated, wood trim is rotten, bathrooms need help. The overall smell was so bad, like something died. We were out on all day excursions for the first 3 days of our stay. On the 4th day I decided to try and find where the stench was coming from. Found it...bedroom dresser drawer was filled with human URINE. Absolutely disgusting. It had definitely been there for a couple weeks. Obviously the condo is cleaned very well. I tried to reach out to the property owners but was only allowed to speak with management company. They sent a cleaning crew. They cleaned the drawer but left it dresser. It still smelled bad. I called them back and said dresser should be removed, as it had urine in it. They came back and removed drawer and placed it in the front porch. I bet that blue dresser in bedroom is still there. Would you want your clothes in there? We didn't find this right away because we dont use dresser when we travel. Just live out of suitcases while on vacation. After we returned home I tried requesting a refund. We had been negotiating a fair amount and now we are ghosted. No one will reply. Very disappointed. This condo is the worst. We traveled with 28 people and rented 11 other condos. By far ours was the worst. No one would hang out by us because of the horrendous disgusting stench and filth. We spent the rest of our trip in other friends condos. Would never rent here again.
