This property is perfect for a family. It comes with a well appointed kitchen. There were Beach towels, cooler and some snorkel gear in the closet. The property has a generator that starts automatically about 1 min after the power is interrupted (this is a big plus for this property). The beach and pool are nice. It is a convenient short drive to red hook. Justin and his team are very responsive with questions.

Host was very responsive and the property is clean, well kept, and perfect for what we needed.

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, up-to-date and well appointed. A short walk to the beautiful beach at the head of Cowpet Bay. Very short drive to Red Hook where there were restaurants and ferry to St John and the national park.

Anchorage is a great spot on the far east side of the island. The unit is pictured and described as shown in the listing. The unit is very dated and needs some upgraded items, but we could tell this going in by the pictures etc. If you're looking for a decent condo to sleep and maybe cook a meal or two, this unit works nicely. If you're going for posh, this isn't your place. Again, it's priced well and we expected this, so I am not complaining at all. It just needs updating.Justin and his team communicated very well prior to check in and even check out. No complaints. We would stay here again for the price.

The location was very nice being close to Redhook and 20 minutes from most cruise ships. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It would have been nicer to be closer to a bigger beach. Cowpet bay if very close and a close walk with a nice beach and restaurant. We will certainly look here again for our next trip to St Thomas.
