This is a wonderful property in Cowpet Bay East. With access to the nearby pool, 2 restaurants and a pool bar everything you need is nearby. The town of Red Hook is a little over a mile away, with a few more restaurants, a couple of grocery stores, and the ferries (car and pedestrian) to St. John. The condo itself has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a great kitchen, and SUPER IMPORTANTLY, a washer and dryer, limiting your need to pack a weeks’ worth of clothes!!! The property management company are quick to respond to any issues and get them resolved in short order, providing complete peace of mind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
