Great unit to stay in

We had a great vacation on St. Thomas and our stay at the Anchorage condos in Nazareth. Our unit was very clean and well furnished with lots of room for our family (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). The full kitchen made it easy for us to eat meals at the house. The deck was very nice with a BBQ grill and a beautiful view of the property. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, and some beach toys. The property outside had convenient parking, a great pool, workout room, and beach access. The location of this property made it convenient to walk to a couple of restaurants plus two beaches which was nice. The location made it easy to get to Red Hook for great restaurants, gift shops, and ice cream. The management group communicated frequently and provided great instructions. Check in and check out were easy and convenient. Would recommend this property to others.

The pictures did not tell the truth. It was showing I was beachfront, with other bars and activities close. The place is more or less like a fishing camp. The air conditionIt was poor and I had no hot water. It showed I was on the 2nd floor I had to go up 3 flights. There was no activity and at the place at all. The parking lot was full of cars but no one I was outside doing anything on the beach on no beach activities. Just, senior citizen on the tennis court of stairs to the 3rd floor. 3 flights.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. We enjoyed the large, remodeled kitchen and the balcony with table/chairs and grill. We appreciated that dishes, utensils and a cooler bag were provided. The fridge ice maker is broken, the latch on the loft shower door doesn't stay closed, and the towels were small and skimpy. The dryer lint filter was extremely full, to the point that it could be dangerous. The bathrooms could use an update, and the vent fans are extremely loud. The location on the east end if the island is convenient to nice beaches as well as the ferry if you want to travel to St. John.

Our stay was great. We had a delay with our flight that caused us to miss a day of our trip and Justin @ Prestige was very accommodating. He pushed us out a day to make up for the day lost and even though we weren't able to stay a day longer, we still received a refund for that day. Justin was always available via email or text. The place is just like in the pictures shown and the view was great. One recommendation, make sure to request a place with ocean front if that is what you want because if not you get a place with the view from a distance which is still awesome no complaints just a suggestion. We were close to Red Hook which was very convenient to get to the local restaurants, stores, water sports and beaches. The place was very clean and with lots of space for me, my husband plus our 3 boys. People in the area were also very nice. All of this made my day lost so much better.
